SigmaTec consists of highly qualified and experienced Business analysts and IT experts working in an open environment that gives them the ability to think creatively and work together on the most challenging projects. We possess a unique product development expertise that has enabled us to build solutions that users can easily use, adopt and adapt to.

Our management team comprises of industry experienced entrepreneurs who have extensive experience in their respective functional domains and have been closely associated with IT outsourcing for a number of years.

Ahmad Salman

As CEO of SigmaTec, Ahmad drives company strategy and oversees product management. During the last 8 years with SigmaTec, Ahmad has guided its evolution from a small project-based company to being one of the country’s leading ERP developers as well as outsourcing service providers.  By emphasizing on cultivating cultural values based on empathy, honesty and whatever it takes attitude, Ahmad has ensured the highest level of customer satisfaction for all clients, foreign as well as local.

Prior to establishing SigmaTec, Ahmad had worked for 5 years in the System Development department for large organizations like World Call Telecommunications Group, Pakistan Industrial Leasing Corporation (PILCORP) and the Sigma Distribution Group. As Manager Systems and Finance for World Call Phone Cards Ltd., he led the development of the sales & inventory management procedures and developed the call data management system for the calling card platform. At Sigma Distribution Group, he headed the development of computerized distribution and warehouse management system. At SigmaTec, Ahmad has headed the System and Product Designing team responsible for the translation of business processes into software systems.

Ahmad Salman holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

Director Marketing
Sobia Ahmad

As head of operations and quality management, Sobia has been instrumental in re-structuring the company, taking it from an individual-driven company to a process oriented, standards-driven, structured organization with a special emphasis on training and development of the human resource talent. Developing infrastructure that promotes effective design and development, she helps drive value into the company’s every project, ensuring client satisfaction and operational success.

Prior to joining SigmaTec, Sobia had worked for 6 years for both multinational as well as local companies in brand management, operations management and retail franchise establishment and development. She started her career as a Brand Manager for Nestle Pakistan, where she was not only responsible for brand marketing, sales and operations but also for new product development. While working for Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust she laid down operational systems and procedures and helped acquire the coveted Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy certification as well as raising over 10 million rupees in one year through concentrated fund raising efforts. At Casaque Brands Ltd., she headed the launch of foreign franchise operations in Pakistan like La Senza and Pumpkin Patch.

Sobia Ahmad holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

Project Manager
M Khan Tahir

As Project Manager at SigmaTec, Muhammad Khan Tahir is responsible for planning, managing and executing all projects including foreign as well as local ones. He also possesses valuable experience in Business Analysis and System Design. Prior to joining SigmaTec, Tahir worked as Software Project Team Lead in Malaysia.

Tahir holds a Twin Honours Degree in Business Information Systems from University of Portsmouth, UK as well as from Sunway University, Malaysia. He is a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by PMI-USA. He is also Prince2 Certified in Project Management from UK and holds certifications in Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management from Malaysia.
